What started as late-night book discussions and “wait…did you notice that?” moments quickly grew into a passion for helping authors refine their stories. By day, Kelsy is a lawyer specializing in tax and estate planning, and Bre is an SEO strategist with a focus on Google Business Profiles. By night (and honestly, most spare moments) we’re fully immersed in manuscripts, fine-tuning prose, strengthening storytelling, and making sure every detail hits exactly the way it should.

Hi, I’m Bre—your go-to editor for stories that keep readers hooked from the first page to the final twist.

I specialize in fantasy, romantasy, romance, suspense, and mystery, with a soft spot for the classics that shaped the stories we love today. I’m especially drawn to enemies-to-lovers tension, the iconic there’s only one bed moment, and plot twists that completely wreck me (in the best way). One of my all-time favorite series is The Selection Series by Kiera Cass, which pretty much tells you everything you need to know about my reading taste.

My editing superpower? Smoothing out clunky sentences, sharpening dialogue, and catching the tiny inconsistencies that can pull readers out of the story while keeping your voice completely intact. I read like your audience would, which means if something feels off, I’ll find it (and fix it).

Fair warning: I cry over fictional characters regularly, and if your plot twist wrecks me (in the best way) there’s a solid chance I’ll want to text you about it.

When I’m not editing, you can find me juggling life with my husband, two kids, and dog, usually with a coffee in hand and a book close by.

I live for enemies-to-lovers tension, grumpy sunshine dynamics, and the kind of slow-burn chemistry that makes a story impossible to put down. While romance is my home base, I also love thrillers that keep readers on edge and I’m always chasing that perfect balance between emotion, pacing, and plot.

My editing superpower? Catching every glaring error so your story reads smoothly and professionally. I tighten sentences, fix inconsistencies, and ensure your writing is clear, polished, and ready to shine. If it can be cleaner, crisper, or more precise, I’ll make it happen.

I’m also deeply obsessed with aesthetically pleasing documents (yes, it matters), and my love for organization runs strong thanks to a serious Excel habit. Combine that with the fact that I drink at least three coffees per chapter, and it’s safe to say your manuscript is in very dedicated hands.

When I’m not editing, I’m spending time with my husband, two kids, and two dogs, usually with a coffee nearby and my Kindle within reach.
